She specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, behavior issues, PTSD, psychosis, self esteem issues and more.

Dr. Corgan also recognizes that many people do not fit into a specific diagnosis but may still feel that they are struggling. She specializes in helping individuals explore their minds in order to achieve a more fulfilling life.

Dr. Corgan does not accept insurance and is considered “out of network.”*

*except for Philadelphia Police Officers and their families through Law Enforcement Health Benefits.

A “super bill” can be provided to submit to your insurance towards your out of network deductible and/or flex spending account.

Sondra Corgan, MD
Adult & Child Psychiatrist

Dr. Sondra Corgan, MD is a double board certified psychiatrist serving the Philadelphia and Main Line area. She completed her adult psychiatry training at Northwell Health in Long Island, NY and did her child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She received her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, and her bachelors of science from The University of Notre Dame. In college she also researched the interaction between stress and sleep. She has additional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy through the psychoanalytic institutes of New York City and Philadelphia. She also has a personal interest in mindfulness meditation and emotional support animals.
